Our expertise

 
R & D department
Our team is responsible for product design in connection with our in-house test laboratory ("Body-Box" test bench). Its mission is to validate technical specifications used for garment supply management. Specifications are issued by customer and by category of service.

Test laboratory in support of fabric and garment certification and customer service
Testing equipment, including :
- Body-Box and Fogger,
- Helmke washing machine,
- ASTM F51.00, ESD test, Bio-contamination test.

Some tests are subcontracted to outside laboratories for specific bio-contamination and ionic contamination requirements (ICPMS/CI).

Infrastructure
- Specialized processing units dedicated to cleanroom garments,
- Network of service centers for better service logistics,
- 11 locations dedicated to cleanroom activity,
- In-house logistics : trucks and shuttles owned by SNDI.

Customer training
SNDI is a certified continuous training body. A two-day training program is available dealing with aero-contamination and dressing procedures.

Quality Assurance
All sites in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Spain and Czech Republic certified ISO 9001 v 2000 (January 2007).

Technical Added Value
SNDI is an active member of A3P, ASPEC and ICCCS and contributes to professional trade exhibitions and meetings through presentations and articles published in technical magazines. SNDI is an active member of the AFNOR X44-B commission working on cleanroom technologies.
